How to contact Vinted support

Vinted does not have a phone line. The main ways to get help are:

The in-app Help Centre. Open your profile, go to the Help Centre, and search your problem. Most common issues have a step-by-step article.
Contact through the Help Centre. If an article does not solve it, use the contact option at the bottom of the relevant help page to message the support team.
Your inbox. Vinted replies to support requests in your app notifications and messages, so check there for a response.

Common seller problems

My label will not print properly

The buyer says the item has not arrived

Ask the buyer to check the tracking, then wait for the courier to update. Vinted holds the payment until delivery is confirmed, so keep your proof of postage until the order completes.

I have not been paid

Vinted releases your money once the buyer confirms the item is fine, or automatically a short time after delivery. If it seems stuck, check the order status in your app and contact support if it stays unresolved.

Common buyer problems

Item not as described. Open the order and start an issue within the buyer protection window, with photos.
Order stuck on shipped. Check the tracking link. Deliveries can take a few days, especially with drop-off couriers.
Refunds. These go back to your Vinted balance or original payment method depending on how you paid.

Avoiding problems in the first place
