How to Print Vinted Labels (2026 UK Guide)

If you sell on Vinted, you already know the problem. You click “Print” on an order, Vinted hands you a full A4 PDF, and your label ends up tiny in the corner of a huge page, or spills onto a blank second sheet. This guide covers how to print Vinted labels properly, whether you use a normal home printer or a 4×6 thermal label printer.

Why Vinted labels are awkward to print

Every Vinted shipping label arrives as an A4 PDF. The actual label only fills part of that page, and the rest is instructions or empty space. When you send that PDF to a printer, one of two things happens:

On a home printer it scales to fill A4, so the barcode and address come out oversized or off centre.
On a thermal printer set to 4×6, it either shrinks the label to nothing or pushes half of it onto a second label.

How to print a Vinted label in three steps

Open the label. From your Vinted order, tap “Print” or “Download label”. The label opens as a PDF in a new browser tab.

Fixing the “prints on two pages” problem

Cropping to a true 4×6 solves it at the source. If you still see a second page, lower the print size a little (95% works well for most thermal printers) so a hair of white border keeps everything on one label.
