Free for 5 labels a month. No account needed.
How it works
Three steps, no fiddling with PDF editors or scissors.
-
Open your Vinted shipping label
Click print on Vinted like you always do. Crop My Label spots the label PDF as soon as it opens.
-
It detects the courier and crops
Royal Mail, Evri or InPost — the extension reads the label, finds the bit that matters, and lays it out on a 4×6 page.
-
Print or download
Send it straight to your thermal printer, or download the cropped PDF. Done in seconds.
Everything a reseller needs
Built for people shipping parcels every day, not for printer hobbyists.
-
Automatic courier detection
Recognises Royal Mail, Evri and InPost labels from what's on the page — no picking from a list.
-
Clean 4×6 output
Cropped, centred and rendered sharp at 300 DPI, so addresses stay crisp on thermal printers.
-
Royal Mail QR in one click
Open a sold Vinted order, tap its QR code, and crop it onto a print-ready 4×6 right there — no downloading the file first. You can also turn any code or link into a QR label yourself.
-
Batch printing
Drop in a stack of label PDFs and print or download them all in one go.
-
Manual crop editor
If a label ever looks off, drag the crop box yourself. Nothing gets stuck.
-
Works offline
Everything runs in your browser. No account, no uploads, no waiting on a server.

Questions, answered
How do I print a Vinted label on a 4×6 thermal printer?
Open your Vinted shipping label, click Crop My Label, and it auto-detects the courier and crops the A4 sheet down to a clean 4×6 label — then print it straight to your thermal printer or download the cropped PDF. No manual cropping, no scaling.
Why does my Vinted label print on two pages?
Because Vinted's label is a full A4 PDF, and when you print it your printer scales it to the sheet, spilling onto a blank second page. Crop My Label crops it to a true 4×6, so it prints on a single thermal label every time — no blank second page.
How do I print a Royal Mail label from Vinted?
When Vinted uses Royal Mail it usually gives you a QR digital label — a "scan this code to send" code — rather than a ready-printed label. Open the sold order and tap "Open QR code", and Crop My Label offers to put that QR straight onto a clean 4×6, so it scans first time at the Post Office. You don't need to download the QR file first. If you'd rather print the full Royal Mail label to a thermal printer, it does that too.
How do I print an InPost or Evri digital label?
Open the InPost or Evri digital label from Vinted and click Crop My Label — it detects the courier and crops the label to a true 4×6 for your thermal printer. No printer? Use the QR code on the digital label to drop off at an InPost locker or Evri ParcelShop instead.
Can I use a Vinted shipping label without a printer?
Sometimes. InPost and Royal Mail QR labels let you drop off with just the code on your phone — no printing needed. If you'd rather have the Royal Mail QR on paper, open the sold order, tap "Open QR code", and Crop My Label puts it on a 4×6 in one click. When you do need a full paper label, you get a clean 4×6 to print at home or at a local print shop.
What size is a Vinted shipping label?
A standard thermal shipping label is 4×6 inches — 100×150 mm (about 102×152 mm). Vinted sends the label on a full A4 PDF, so Crop My Label trims it down to that exact 4×6 size so it fits your thermal label printer.
Is my data private?
Yes — completely. Every label is processed locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, logged or sent anywhere. Your buyer's address stays on your device, full stop. That's the whole point of the extension.
Which couriers work?
Royal Mail, Evri and InPost — the three couriers Vinted UK uses. The courier is detected automatically from the label itself, and more are on the way.
What printer do I need?
Any thermal label printer that takes 4×6 (100×150mm) labels — the ones most resellers already use. You can also just download the cropped PDF and print it however you like.
How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
You pay inside the extension, not on this website. Install the free extension, open it, and click Get Standard or Get Pro in the popup — that opens a secure Stripe checkout right there. There's no separate account, and you can cancel any time. Your 5 free labels a month never need a card at all.
Does it work outside the UK?
It's built for UK Vinted right now. Other marketplaces and countries are on the roadmap.
Which browser do I need?
Chrome. Edge and Firefox support are planned.
