How to Send a Vinted Order Without a Printer

Plenty of Vinted sellers do not own a printer, and the good news is you often do not need one. Depending on the courier, you can send a Vinted order with nothing more than the QR code on your phone. This guide covers how to post with no printer, courier by courier, and when a printed label is still required.

InPost: no label needed at the locker

InPost is the most printer friendly option on Vinted. When you send through an InPost locker, you usually do not need to print a label at all. The app gives you a QR code, you tap it at the locker screen, the locker opens, and you drop the parcel in. The locker prints or applies what it needs.

Royal Mail: scan the QR code at the counter

Royal Mail orders on Vinted usually come as a QR code. Take it to a Post Office or a Royal Mail branch, let staff scan it, and they print the label for you. No home printer involved. Some parcel postboxes and lockers also accept the code directly.

Evri: check the drop-off type

Evri is the one to watch. Some Evri drop-off points and ParcelShops can scan a QR code and print the label for you, but others still expect a printed label on the parcel. Check what your local ParcelShop supports before you travel. If you do need a label and have no printer, you have a few options below.

When you still need a printed label

If your courier or drop-off point requires a physical label and you have no printer, you can still get one:

  • Print at a shop. Many local print shops, libraries, and corner shops will print a single PDF cheaply. Crop the label to a 4×6 first so it comes out the right size.
  • Ask a friend or workplace. A cropped 4×6 PDF is quick to print anywhere.
