Printing Royal Mail Labels from Vinted

Royal Mail is one of the most common couriers on Vinted, and it also causes the most confusion, because Vinted often does not give you a normal printed label at all. The Royal Mail QR code label explained

When a Vinted order uses Royal Mail, you usually get a “scan this code to send” sheet instead of a ready made shipping label. This is the Royal Mail QR code label. You have two options with it:

Print and post nothing. Take the QR code on your phone to a Royal Mail branch or Post Office. Staff scan it and print the label for you at the counter.
Print the label yourself. If you would rather stick a label on at home, crop the QR sheet to a 4×6 and print it, then scan it at a parcel postbox or drop off point.

How to print a Royal Mail label to 4×6

If you do want a physical label, printing the Royal Mail QR sheet as a full A4 page wastes paper and makes the code small. Crop it to just the QR code, centred and large, so it scans first time:

Open the Royal Mail label from your Vinted order. It opens as a PDF.

Royal Mail label size
