How to Print an Evri Label from Vinted (and Where to Drop It Off)

Evri is one of the couriers Vinted offers in the UK. If your order uses Evri, here is how to get the label printed and onto the parcel.

Getting your Evri label

Open the sold order on Vinted and choose the option to print or download the label. It opens as a PDF. Evri labels do not always show the courier name in an obvious way, but the label includes the details Evri needs, such as the barcode and routing information.

Printing it

The PDF can print small or leave a blank second page on a thermal printer. Crop it to a true 4×6 first. Crop My Label detects an Evri label and fits it to a single 4×6, centred and upright. See how to print Vinted labels for the full flow and Vinted labels on a Rollo, Zebra or Polono for printer settings.

No printer?

Drop-off points vary. Some Evri ParcelShops can scan a code and print the label for you, while others expect a printed label already on the parcel. Check your local shop before you go, or see our guide to InPost and Evri digital labels. If you have no printer at all, sending a Vinted order without a printer lists the options.

Tips

  • Stick the label flat on the largest side of the parcel.
  • Keep the barcode uncreased and uncovered, or cover it with clear tape.
  • Keep your drop-off receipt until the parcel is delivered.

Quick answers

Is the Evri label different from other Vinted labels? The layout differs, but the process of printing it is the same.

Can I print it on A4? Yes. See printing a Vinted label on a normal printer.

What if the label prints sideways? Rotate it in the preview before printing rather than fixing it in the printer driver.
