Can You Print Vinted Labels from Your Phone (iPhone or Android)?
Plenty of people sell on Vinted entirely from their phone, so it is a fair question: can you print the label from there? Sometimes yes, but often you do not need to.
Often you do not need to print
If your order uses a QR code, you can post with just your phone. Royal Mail QR codes are scanned at the drop-off point, and InPost lockers let you tap the code on the locker screen. Our guides on sending a Vinted order without a printer and what a digital label means on Vinted walk through it.
When you do need paper
Some Evri drop-offs expect a printed label already on the parcel, and some sellers simply prefer paper. In that case you need a printer.
Printing from a phone
If you have a wireless printer, you can usually print the label PDF from your phone using your phone’s built-in print option and the printer’s own app. The details depend on the printer, so check its instructions. The usual problem is the same as on a computer: the A4 PDF prints small or spills onto a second page.
The cropping catch
Crop My Label is a Chrome browser extension, and Chrome on phones does not run extensions. So the automatic crop to 4×6 works on a computer, not on a phone. The practical routes are:
- Use your phone for QR code drop-offs and skip printing.
- Open the order on a computer with Chrome, crop the label to 4×6 with Crop My Label, then print.
- Download the cropped PDF on the computer and print it from there.
Quick answers
Can I print a Vinted label from an iPhone? Often yes with a compatible wireless printer, but the label will print as the full A4 page unless it is cropped first.
Is there an app version? Not at the moment. It works in Chrome on a computer.
What is the easiest way with no printer? A QR code on your phone at the drop-off point.
