How to Print Multiple Vinted Labels at Once

A good day on Vinted can mean five, ten or more parcels to send. Vinted handles labels order by order, so each sale has its own label to open and print. Do that ten times, fixing the size and settings each time, and it adds up. Here is how to print them all in one go.

Step 1: collect the label PDFs

Open each sold order in Vinted and download its label. In Chrome, the label opens as a PDF, and the download button saves it to your computer. Put them all in one folder so they are easy to find.

Labels expire, so do this when you are ready to post rather than days ahead. For why the link stops working, see what the svc-shipping-labels link is.

If some of your orders use a Royal Mail or InPost QR code, you may not need to print those at all. You can show the code on your phone at drop-off. See sending a Vinted order without a printer.

Step 2: crop and print them together

Crop My Label has a batch mode for exactly this. Open the extension, click Batch, and drop all your label PDFs in at once. Each one is checked for its courier and cropped to a clean 4×6, the same way it would be on its own, and turned the right way up.

Then either:

  • Print all. One print job, one label per page, straight to your thermal printer.
  • Download combined PDF. A single PDF with every label as its own 4×6 page, to print later or on another computer.

Batch printing is part of the Pro plan, and you can see what each plan includes on the pricing section. The Free and Standard plans print labels one at a time.

Step 3: match labels to parcels

Printing in bulk saves time, but it makes it easier to put a label on the wrong parcel. A simple routine helps:

  1. Lay the parcels out in the same order as the labels.
  2. Check the buyer’s name on each label against the order in Vinted before you stick it on.
  3. Group parcels by courier, so you make one trip to each drop-off point.

If a label prints wrong

Most problems are a size mismatch. Make sure your printer, the driver and the print dialog all say 4×6. If you get a blank label between each one, see Vinted label printing on two pages for the fix.

Quick answers

Can I print all my Vinted labels at once? Not from Vinted itself, as each order has its own label. You can download them and print them together with a batch tool.

Does batch printing work with every courier? It works with Royal Mail, Evri and InPost labels, the couriers Crop My Label detects automatically.

Can I print a batch on a normal A4 printer? You can download the combined PDF and print it, but each label prints on its own page. A 4×6 thermal printer suits batches best.

How many labels can I print in one go? As many as you have downloaded. Each one becomes its own 4×6 page.
