Can't Find Your Vinted Royal Mail QR Code? Where It Is and What to Do
You have made a sale, the buyer chose Royal Mail, and there is no QR code to be found. This is usually a small problem with a quick fix. Here is where the code should be, and what Vinted suggests when it is not.
Where the code should be
Open the conversation with the buyer and press Get shipping label. Vinted then sends the QR code to the Vinted app and to your email. On the website you can also open the sold order and tap Open QR code, which shows the “Digital shipping label” window with the code in it.

Check your email first
The code is emailed from no-reply@vinted.com, and Vinted says the address can end in your country code instead. Look in your Spam or Junk folder as well as your inbox.
If nothing is there, check that the email address on your Vinted profile is correct. A wrong address means the message never reaches you.
Check your details on Vinted
Vinted says a missing label is often down to missing details on your account:
- Your postage address. Go to Profile > Settings > Postage and make sure nothing is missing, such as the house number or postcode.
- Your phone number. Go to Profile > Settings > Account settings and check it is filled in.
Try another device or browser
If the button does nothing or throws an error, try the Vinted app instead of the website, or the other way round. A different browser is worth a go too.
If the error mentions the buyer’s address
If you get an error saying the buyer’s address is incorrect, Vinted’s advice is to cancel the order. The buyer then updates their details and orders again. Tell the buyer first so they know what is happening.
If it looks like a technical fault
Wait a few hours or try again another day. Keep an eye on the clock while you do, because the 5 business day posting deadline does not stop. If you are still stuck, use the contact button on Vinted’s help page and attach a screenshot of the error.
If you have a code but it will not work at the drop-off

Why is there no QR code on my Vinted order? Usually the shipping label has not been requested yet, the email went to spam, or details are missing from your profile.
Can I get a new code if I deleted the email? Open the conversation or sold order again and the code is shown there. Check the expiry in how long a Royal Mail QR code lasts.
Can I use a different courier’s label instead? No. Once a label is generated you cannot swap it for another carrier’s label.
Do I have to print the code? No. You can show it on your phone. Printing is a backup only.
